Margot Le Luong joined Melville Avocats in May 2025, where she practices both advisory and litigation work in employment and labor law.
Admitted to the Bar in 2019, she began her career in business law before focusing her practice on employment law within Paris-based law firms.
Throughout her experience, she has advised and represented French and international clients, both in advisory and litigation matters, across the full spectrum of employment law: individual and collective employment relations, collective bargaining, implementation and operation of employee representative bodies, restructurings, as well as individual and collective disputes.
